We respect your right to control your personal data
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your Coin Dojo account and all associated data, you have two options:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to support@coindojo.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if known)
- The login method you used (Facebook, email, etc.)
Option 2: In-App Deletion (Coming Soon)
We are working on adding self-service account deletion directly in the app. This will allow you to delete your account and data instantly from your account settings. Check back soon for this feature!
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove the following information:
- Your account profile (email, username, profile picture)
- Authentication credentials and login information
- Game history and trading performance data
- Rankings and leaderboard positions
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Please note: Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes, but this data will not be personally identifiable.
Deletion Timeline
We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
Please note that once your data is deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Coin Dojo again in the future.
Facebook Login Users
If you signed up using Facebook Login, deleting your Coin Dojo account will remove all data we have stored. However, this does not affect any permissions you granted to Coin Dojo in your Facebook settings.
To revoke Coin Dojo's access to your Facebook account:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click on "Apps and Websites"
- Find "Coin Dojo" and click "Remove"
